Her career began in the early 2000s as an Independent Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, helping clients navigate insurance offerings tailored to their needs. She later transitioned into Software Technology Implementation, spending the past 15 years bridging the gap between the insurance and technology sectors. 

Throughout her career, Bernadette has collaborated with numerous Carriers & MGAs guiding them through the complexities of Legacy System Modernization initiatives. With a deep understanding of industry needs and Insurtech Solutions, she is passionate about helping organizations future-proof their systems and drive seamless digital transformations.
